The first word that comes to my mind is genuine kindness. When you discover that you need hearing AIDS I would recommend Audibel Hearing AIDS center. Doc Ray and his staff make you feel very comfortable and they are very knowledgeable.

I've been trying to get my son seen by a pediatric ENT for WEEKS but nowhere had availability for months. I reached out to Audibel to see if they could somehow help, and even though they don't work with kids that young, Angeline got my son an appointment with a pediatric ENT for TODAY. She could have just said "I'm so sorry, we can't help you, good luck." Instead, she got us a same-day appointment with a local pediatric ENT — something I've been desperately trying to accomplish. It's unheard of and speaks volumes of the positive relationships she maintains with local practices. For context, our own pediatrician paged the on-call otolaryngologist at Lurie's saying it was an emergency, but they STILL couldn't get us in soon enough. Angeline lives up to her name and then some. We are so grateful for her compassion. If Audibel goes this far above and beyond for someone who isn't even paying them, imagine how well they care for their actual patients.

Pleasant team at office. Process was efficient and Ray was very patient with my questions and was very clear with his explanations. I have not yet received my hearing aids and hope they work well for me. They were also familiar with UHC insurance coverage which worked well for my situation.

As my hearing aids were not working properly and were out of warranty, I went to see Ray with the idea of buying new ones. After explaining all about the new ones, he wanted to see what was wrong with my present ones and he fixed them. Now I don't have to buy new ones at least for some time. Very comprehensive exam. I was given a detailed description of my results. The audiologist made me feel comfortable and never pressured me to get hearing aids. He said I had some hearing loss but did not recommend hearing aids at this time.

My experience purchasing hearing aids from Ray Wenc was excellent. He patiently explained why it would be better to have two hearing aids instead of only one as I has been using for 5 years.
