“Thank you so very much for all of your help with our grandpa Tony and his hearing aids. As you can imagine, the move for Tony at age 96 was a huge decision and one with many challenges. We have tried to make the transition as easy as possible, taking every opportunity to improve his quality of life. Upon his arrival it was clear that none of his hearing aids were working well and that was frustrating for both Tony and all those working to care for him.
